ECAC partners with many other agencies and businesses in their local communities to provide needed services. These partnerships help to work toward filling the gaps left by limited funding and resources. Also through these partnerships, the community comes together to work as a team to make their community a better place for low-income and all community members. Poverty Simulations are held regularly to provide communities with a better knowledge of low-income life styles.
