1. Who qualifies for Family Planning?

Any person aged 11-60 years regardless of income.  All services are provided on a sliding scale.  Medicaid and most health insurances are accepted.

2. Do I need proof of income?

The Show Me Healthy Women program requires an I.D. and proof-of-income.  All other family planning programs do not have proof-of-income requirements.

3. Where can I get services?

Services can be provided at any of our seven sites regardless of what County you live in.

4. Do I get birth control at your clinic site?

Birth control methods are provided at each clinic site or prescriptions can be called into the pharmacy if preferred.
