NECAC employs two foreclosure counselors that offer individual counseling to assist clients in resolving their foreclosures.  They work with lenders to negotiate terms that are acceptable to all parties. 

In the programs first year, NECAC had an 87% success rate.  NECAC works closely with each family in financial and credit counseling to help prevent future problems.  This free service is available to all income levels.
