NECAC operates home rehabilitation programs throughout the 12 county area. NECAC utilizes a variety of funding sources including USDA Rural Development, Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) as well as the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, to provide home rehabilitation services. Services that may be provided include: new roofs, new heating systems, insulation, handicap accessibility services, siding, etc.
