To be eligible for the weatherization program you must meet the following guidelines:

Income limits are currently at the 200th percentile of the federal poverty levels. To be eligible for the weatherization program you cannot make more than the annual income limits shown above for your household size.
- The unit cannot have received weatherization services in the past with the exception of home weatherized prior to October 1, 1994.
