Weatherization Service Scheduling:

• Each applicant is placed on a waiting list according to the date that they apply with preference given to the elderly, disabled and homes with small children.
• The average wait period is currently at 12 months. 
• Once your name comes to the top of the list you will be contacted to schedule an audit of your home.  NECAC Weatherization Auditors will perform a complete and thorough energy audit of your home to determine what work measures can be completed through the weatherization program.
• Once the audit of your home has been finalized materials are ordered for the specific work measures to be completed on your home.  When the materials have been received you will be contacted to schedule a time for NECAC Weatherization Specialists to come to your home and install the work measures.
• When the work measures have been completed on your home NECAC will send a Weatherization Quality Control Inspector to your home to ensure that work was completed in a satisfactory manner.
