Community Health Programs

Program Overview

NECAC’s Community Health Programs provide medical care and assistance to thousands of people in need. Trained professionals make sure clients have the right information and top notch services.

Services provided are the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program in St. Charles and Warren counties, and the In-Home Senior Health Services program, which is administered in multiple counties.

Our Services

In-home services can provide the assistance needed to allow a senior to live at home independently for as long as possible.

WIC program provides supplemental food, health care referrals, nutrition education and breastfeeding promotion and support to eligible pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children up to age five.
